Since our founding in 1997, we’ve partnered with many clients to implement extensive, global solutions.

For example, a POP business partner had a major client that struggled with how to roll out training globally.  In the past, they had done little to no training and were now developing a University with extensive leadership and other curricula.

To support their global need, they were weighing the following options:

1. Hire enough facilitators to support their global initiatives

2. Select US-based staff, prepare them, and send them around the world

3. Select staff from the various countries and bring them to the US for preparation.

4. Find a vendor-based solution, because training was not the business’ core competency

Since several of our other clients ship US-based trainers around the globe, we were able to report that they had:

1. Reasonable success at great cost – selection of staff to be trainers, training this group to facilitate and in the subject matter, travel expense, travel expense, travel expense.

1. Feedback that focused primarily on language and cultural issues – the internal trainers, even with local support, were ignorant of language and cultural and business nuances.

Final decision:
Numbers 2 and 3 for internal issues – policy, process, quality, etc.

Number 4 for leadership and staff development

To satisfy Number 4, we organized a global network of skilled facilitators who signed up to support this solution.  Right now, our growing Merry Little Band has over forty members capable of supporting delivery (and translation) in the US and the following countries:
